We have no complaints at all, regarding our experience with Isabel. She was very knowledgeable about local market conditions, so that we got a good, workable price, and the property was sold in an expeditious manner. In our case, since it was an estate sale, that was important. Also, as heirs selling a house from an estate, and not being from the local area, we were not familiar with the local workmen, suppliers, and contractors needed to do some of the repairs and work inevitably needed to get a house ready for market. Isabel's local contacts were very helpful in this regard. The process was very smooth and I felt that we were given an explanation and understanding of everything occurring at each step along the way. In sum, I thought that we avoided major problems and that the minor problems inherent to the process of selling a house were dealt with quickly and efficiently.
